We manufacture pressed double coupler, which is applicable in varied industries. These are made of mild steel and are useful in the joining of 40 mm NB tubes at 90 degrees angle to other tubes, ledgers, or props. They are available in 48.3 x 48.3 size mm OD. Our precision engineered couplers are durable and can be put into longterm use.

Our expertise includes adjustable base/ stirrup head jacks for varied industrial use. These are made adjustable to increase its utility. A method of adjustment is provided either at the top or at the bottom of a scaffold support structure. It is in conjunction with foreheads and adapter and can accept the full loading capacity of the cuplock when fully braced.

The base plate size 150 x 150 x 6is available in the following specifications

• 32 mm diameter solid rod, 225 mm adjustment, 350 mm total length
• 36 mm diameter solid rod, 350 adjustment, 240 mm total length

 

Uhead plate size 100 x 100 x 100 x 6 is available wity the following specification

Our range of products includes adjustable telescopic spans. These are manufactured to be used in varied industries. Sheet and lattices of 10 mm diameter are used in the making of these adjustable telescopic spans. Bars and SF 65 x 65 – 6 mm are also used in this. An additional angle stiffener is welded to the sheet bearing an appropriate angle, two eye bolts are also attached to it.

These telescopic spans are made adjustable for it easy and simplified use.
